Pay de Coco y Almendra - dense, chewy fresh coconut pie with slivered almonds, homemade mango sauce and homemade strawberry ice cream   7

Nevado de Chocolate - warm chocolate cake baked to order, filled with hot fudge, topped with powdered sugar (resembles the ice snow of the “Nevado de Toluca” volcano), and served with vanilla bean ice cream  8.50

Crepas con Cajeta - buttered crepes with home-made cajeta (goat milk caramel), toasted pecans and plantains  7.50

Nieve de Vailnilla - homemade ice cream buttermilk-vanilla bean; served with bittersweet hot fudge sauce   7

Nieve de Freza - homemade strawberry ice cream served with fresh fruit garnish and sprinkled with powdered sugar  7

Los Moles Reserve Infinite Festival Blend--medium-roasted fresh to insure a Fresh cup every time, under the strict guidelines of Chef Geno Bahena, The recipe:  takes the best quality characteristic of each bean to produce a truly Authentic café experience   3

Our regular blend consists of 3 grains: Mexican:  Nutty overtone, Indonesia:  Body and Earth, Guatemalan:  Balance of bitter sweet dark chocolate.

Medium-Roasted Decaf Los Moles Blend
-- a pleasurable, medium-bodied blend of Latin American coffees, Our decaf is crisp and complex It’s so tasty; you’ll never know its decaf 3

Our decaf blend consists of 3 grains Brazil:  Silky taste, Colombian:  Smooth flavor, Sumatra:  Earthy and bodied.

Café de Olla
--coffee brewed with cinnamon, orange and dark sugar (weekends)   3.50
