Chef Bahena offers a taste of his passion for Mexico at this Lakeview restaurant. Inspired by his travels across Mexico, he features a monthly changing menu of Mexican celebratory dishes, game, and little known regional specialties, all creatively reinterpreted in his own rustic, yet sophisticated style. Los Moles, are the house specialty. As the name of the restaurant implies, Chef Bahena passionately prepares a repertoire of moles of Oaxaca as well as other moles based on family traditions. He features a Mexican flag dish of 3 moles each night of the week, plus Mole Blanco and the special of the day. Using only the freshest ingredients, Chef Bahena’s goal is to serve you seasonal, sustainably raised vegetables, meat, poultry, and fish. Los Moles Restaurant supports local growers of organic and gourmet legumes as well as artisanal farmers. Los Moles offers an intimate cozy dining room that seats 80. The private party room that accommodates 50 is available for parties or private dining. Both rooms bring alive the vitality of Mexico.
